What are the Reasons for Changes in Hair Color?

We can divide the causes of change in hair color into two: internal factors and external factors. The external factors that cause change in hair color are sunlight, sun exposure, pool water, certain antibiotics, and medications. The internal causes are malnutrition, anemia types, vitamin A deficiency, inflammatory bowel diseases, and old age.  These internal factors also cause change in hair color, thinning, and brittle/breaks.
