For the one week after your Hair Transplantation, it is best to avoid smoking cigarettes. Either smoke as little as possible or none at all.

It is best to stop smoking if possible.

As for smoking shisha, you must not smoke it for the six months following your hair transplant because smoking shisha causes extreme circulation problems. It prevents the nourishment of the hair follicles. Therefore, we place restrictions on smoking shisha for six months after your hair transplant.
